Privacy notice

HomeProZA is a small, independent directory of home-maintenance businesses, run by Kevin Waller in Cape Town, South Africa. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. Contact us any time: WhatsApp 079 696 3796.

When a business lists with us, we collect:

• Public listing details: business name, trades, description, location and service areas, and the WhatsApp number, phone number, email and website you choose to share. We publish these so homeowners can contact you.
• Private details: your own name, and the date you agreed to be listed. Only HomeProZA sees these. We use them to check your listing and to contact you about it.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that run the site (hosting, database and email).

You don’t need an account to search. When you contact a business, your message goes straight to them through WhatsApp, your phone or email; HomeProZA doesn’t see it.

We keep listing details for as long as your listing is on HomeProZA. If you ask us to remove your listing, or we don’t publish it, we delete your details.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time: WhatsApp 079 696 3796. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Regulator.

HomeProZA is a directory. We check each listing by hand before it goes live, but we don’t employ the businesses or guarantee their work. Agree on price and scope directly with the pro.
